As a Technical Writer you will be part of a multi-faceted approach to documentation. You will review and provide feedback on existing documents as well as creating new documents as necessary. You work with all teams in the organization to establish internal documentation. The internal documentation is related to project processes and team processes and tools. 

Position Requirements and Duties 

  • Collaborate to maintain documentation for an enterprise level internal audit program for the entire organization
  • Utilize an interactive architecture to track and communicate all internal documentation
  • Collaborate to audit requirements for each team and assist internal audit program to ensure all teams are inspection ready at all times.  
  • Use a repeatable and comprehensive review process that allows each team to self-inspect and incorporate any changes through a fully vetted and formal process that will ensure efficiencies are met while still adhering to inspection guidelines
  • Perform document reviews and direct teams to make updates when needed
  • Support other technical writers as needed

Qualifications 

  • At least 2 years of experience in an Information Technology environment
  • At least 3 years of experience in Technical Writing or Communications

Desired Skills 

  • At least I year of experience in documentation management 
  • Knowledge of CSSP operations
  • Ability to read and understand policy and procedure
  • Experience in compliance with regulations and inspections
  • Ability to ensure operational requirements are accomplished
  • Experience working in operations environment with 24/7 support
  • Ability to quickly support shifting priorities
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
  • At least one year of experience with Adobe Pro DC
  • At least one year of experience with using Atlassian Confluence
  • At least one year of experience with reviewing documentation 
  • At least one year of experience with coordinating document updates between teams
  • At least one year of experience writing new documents
