As a ROC Training Lead, you will ensure all ROC personnel are trained on the appropriate tools, processes, and methodologies. The primary responsibility of this position is to develop and implement a tiered training program with training pipelines customized for each team within the organization. Additional responsibilities may include leading tabletop training exercises across the organization.

As a ROC Training Lead, you will ensure all ROC personnel are trained on the appropriate tools, processes, and methodologies. Position Requirements and Duties
- Maintain and improve Baseline Analyst Training
- Create and maintain tiered training for intermediate and senior analysts
- Identify requirements for each team in the Service Area and develop a sustainable training program that has group and individual training requirements. The individual training requirements will allow for a multi-tiered achievement process within its architecture.
- Create a repeatable and comprehensive onboarding process that allows each new member of the team to fully and seamlessly integrate with the overall mission objectives.
Qualifications
- US Citizen
- At least four years of experience in a Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) environment or similar
- At least four years of experience with Defensive Cyber Operations and Incident Response tools or applications, for example: Splunk, MS Sentinel, Elastic, XSOAR, Crogl, EnCase, Wireshark, Trellix, ACAS/Nessus or others.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of CSSP operations
- Knowledge of Incident Response Procedures
- Knowledge of CJCSM 6510.01B
- Masters degree in a relevant field
- Experience in curriculum development for technical programs
